Perhaps there has been a time in your life where you felt as if you had sunken so much into sin that you feel as if it’s not possible to carry on. Maybe it was just any sin, small or big as they are equal, and the guilt is eating you up alive? The following scripture demonstrates to us what the lord has to say about this situation.

My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 1 John 2:1 (NIV)

No matter how low you have fallen, regardless of how the sin you have committed makes you feel, the Lord awaits for you to ask for forgiveness as he is always willing to do so. Satan is a liar, he wastes his time on traveling to tell God how we fail in our daily lives. He tells God what sin we committed but Jesus sits right next to the Father reminding him of the Perfect sacrifice that he made on that cross. Reminding the father that the blood he shed, the holes in his hands, the cross he carried, the crown of thorns that pierced his head are not in vain. Remember, The lord has not left you, he is right next to you waiting for you to ask for forgiveness. He will never ever deny anyone he is a loving God and he loves his fearfully and wonderfully made creation !
